The program
Knight Media books qualified sales meetings for one commercial janitorial company and one landscaping and grounds company in each metro. Under the Pay-on-Win Partner Program, meetings cost you nothing. You pay a one-time win fee only when one of our meetings becomes a signed contract.
These are the terms in plain language. Your signed partner agreement sets out the full terms and figures, and it governs if anything here differs.
What you pay
Meetings: $0. Every meeting we book is free.
Win fee: a one-time fee for each contract you sign from one of our meetings, based on that contract's monthly value. It is charged once per win, never monthly, and is due 14 days after your first day of service.
Deposit: paid when you sign, and credited in full against your first win fee. Exact figures are shared on the qualification call and written into your agreement.
Our guarantees
Go-live: outreach starts within one business day of signing, or we refund your deposit.
Meetings: 4 held, qualified meetings within 60 days, or we refund your deposit.
Early cancellation: if a contract you won through us cancels within 60 days, we keep bringing you meetings until you've signed replacement work worth at least the same monthly value, and bill only on the value above it.
No minimum term. One partner per trade, per metro.
Performance exit: if 8 held meetings produce no wins, either of us can end the partnership, or you can move to a flat monthly plan.
Who qualifies
You win at least 2 of every 10 walkthroughs, most of your signed contracts stay 12 months or more, at least 70% of your work is commercial, and you can take on 2 to 3 new contracts in the next 90 days.
What we ask of you
Win notice: tell us within 7 days of signing a contract with a property we introduced.
Attribution: a contract counts as a win if it's signed within 12 months of the meeting we booked.
Audit right: we can check the numbers behind any win fee.
Fees survive exit: fees earned before you leave are still owed after you leave.
