Who we are
Knight Media (“we”, “us”) provides appointment-setting services to commercial cleaning and landscaping companies. We are based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through knightmedia.agency, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you apply for a territory we collect your name, company, work email, mobile number, trade, metro or location, and details about your business such as annual revenue range, crew size, capacity for new contracts, how you win work today and when you could start. If you submit the ROI calculator, we collect the contact details you enter along with the contract value and gross margin you used and the results shown.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted by Framer, which records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the site that referred you, so the site can be delivered securely and reliably. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information
We use your information to review your application, contact you about your territory by phone, email or text message, arrange and hold qualification calls, provide our services if you become a client, keep records of our communications, improve our website, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Consent and electronic messages
By submitting a form on this site you consent to us contacting you about your application and our services. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe from our emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to privacy@knightmedia.agency. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue to assess your application.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that limit how they can use it. These include HubSpot (our customer relationship management system), Framer (website hosting), and the email, calling and scheduling tools our team uses. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. While your information is outside Canada it is subject to the laws of that country, and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Application information is generally kept for up to three years after our last contact with you, longer if you become a client or if the law requires it, and is then deleted or anonymised.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent, subject to legal and contractual limits.
If you live in a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
To make a request, email privacy@knightmedia.agency. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
